How to use shopping credit?
- The system will automatically apply the shopping credit during checkout.
- Each order can be used up to 15% of the total order value.
What if I want to change my order after using the one-time offer?
- Please private message us on official facebook with details, email and order number to cancel. We will cancel your order for you (unpaid orders only) and place a new order to use offer.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
- Free shipping on orders over $400 with SF Express
- For orders below HK$400, we will charge HK$50 for all parcels.
- For outlying islands, e.g. Cheung Sha, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island and Lantau Island, we will charge HK$100 per package
- Including SF smart locker / SF station / convenience store self-pickup / home delivery

When will I receive the goods?
- No delivery service on Sundays
- Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of the order (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on holidays will be shipped within 3-7 business days from the date of the order. (except holidays).
- Shipping time is calculated on working days, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping time.
Can it be shipped overseas?
- For all orders shipped outside Hong Kong, we will charge HK$500 for all packages.
- Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the date of the order (excluding holidays).
- Most orders arrive within 4-15 business days from the date of the order, depending on the destination and shipping method at the place of purchase. (except holidays)
- Please note that international shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of your package.
- If the package is returned for any reason, you will be charged for return shipping to our warehouse.

Can I return/exchange?
- With the exception of clothing, all Supamax items are sold and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clothing products can be exchanged within 7days provided that they have been unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing intact.
