REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please contact our customer service team before returning the damaged or wrong products. We do offer exchanges or refund only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Supamax will arrange a full refund for any defective and incorrect products only if the returned product is in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, you will be charged for the return shipping fee.
- Supamax will not accept any returned products without prior written communication and agreement. Please contact our customer service within 2 days upon receipt of goods.
- We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. Therefore, color variance does not consider as a color defective and is not eligible for a refund.
- An item’s measurements given on Supamax are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.
- Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 50 HKD.
- An order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled. A full payment should be made.
- Supamax reserves the right to the final decision of return or refund.
AVAILABILITY
We try our best to keep our e-shop as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. Supamax will try to inform you as soon as possible, when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.
